1/2 Banana
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 4 Ice Cubs

TROPICAL DREAMER

3 Oatmeal Raisin Omega Rounds 1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Lifeway Original Kefir or Almond Milk
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
4 Ice Cubs

PEANUTTY BUDDY

3 Chocolate Chip Omega Rounds
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/2 Banana
3 TBS. Peanut Butter
2 Ice Cubes

OATMEAL

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring 6 oz of water to a boil.
  2. Add 4 Omega Rounds let soak for 30 to 40 seconds, stir.
  3. Add fruit (optional).
  4. Stir and Enjoy!
