- 3 Oatmeal Raisin Omega Rounds
- 1/4 cup Lifeway Bluberry Kiefer
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 4 Ice Cubs
TROPICAL DREAMER
- 3 Oatmeal Raisin Omega Rounds
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Lifeway Original Kefir, Almond Milk or Coconut Water
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple or mango
- 4 Ice Cubs
PEANUTTY BUDDY
- 3 Chocolate Chip Omega Rounds
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water
- 1/2 Banana
- 3 TBS. Peanut Butter
- 2 Ice Cubes
OATMEAL

PLAIN
- Bring 6 oz of water to a boil.
The Keurig small cup setting is perfect for this!
- Add 4 Omega Rounds let soak for 30 to 40 seconds, stir.
- Add coconut milk (or almond milk).
- (Optional) Add fruit.
- Stir and Enjoy!
BERRY, BERRY GOOD
- Bring 6 oz of water to a boil.
