  3. 1/2 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water
  4. 1/2 Banana
  5. 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  6. 4 Ice Cubs

TROPICAL DREAMER

  1. 3 Oatmeal Raisin Omega Rounds
  2. 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  3. 1/4 cup Lifeway Original Kefir, Almond Milk or Coconut Water
  4. 1/2 Banana
  5. 1/4 cup frozen pineapple or mango
  6. 4 Ice Cubs

PEANUTTY BUDDY

  1. 3 Chocolate Chip Omega Rounds
  2. 1/2 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water
  3. 1/2 Banana
  4. 3 TBS. Peanut Butter
  5. 2 Ice Cubes

OATMEAL

  1. Bring 6 oz of water to a boil.
    The Keurig small cup setting is perfect for this!
  2. Add 4 Omega Rounds let soak for 30 to 40 seconds, stir.
  3. Add coconut milk (or almond milk).
  4. (Optional) Add fruit.
